Owl's are amazing! They have some incredible characteristics like a reversible toe, and they can rotate their heads 270 degrees around their body - whoa! In this workshop, we will use mixed media (that means a variety of art materials) to create an artwork of an owl. You will use gouache, charcoal and acrylic paint! Will yours have big, bold eyes, or lots of stripy feathers? Join us - you'll have a Hoot! This workshop is suitable for children of all ages, from Kindergarten and above (5 years +) Images here are for illustrative purposes only and suggest a range of activities that may be undertaken. About the Teacher Hi, I'm Adele, and I am an experienced, qualified Art Teacher, with years of experience in classroom and gallery based education. With a Bachelor of Creative Arts and a Masters in Teaching, rest assured your child is in safe hands. What's more, my workshops have been tried and tested on the toughest Art Critics - my own 3 mini makers - aged 5, 8 and 11. All materials are provided for use during the workshop, including an apron for your child to wear.
